Description This is the birth of sun at Simena, an ancient city across Kekova Island in Antalya, Turkey. Simena was a Lycian city and it possesses possibly one of the smallest ancient theaters of antiquity, barely big enough for 200 people. The sea level has risen 2 meters since antiquity around here due to tectonic events, and thus some of the ruins are now under the sea...

Thanks.... there are a lot of places to visit around Antalya, but it is very crowded in summer, tourist season. For photo purposes march, april, may or end of september to october are best....
