Uhm, not really. I mean I got an embroidery hoop, some needles and thread and then I just go and stitch. I never actually "learned" it in any way, I just tried what looks good and what doesn't. Sorry?

i'd like to know how u did it too i mean i'm still a beginner even though ive been making plushes since the age of 8 and im 14 now anyways what tread did you use is it normal embroider tread or sewing thread and do you think it would work with thin yarn?

I use Anchor embroidery thread which comes in a hell of a lot different colours. I wouldn't recommend sewing thread unless you want to work on your embroidery for the next thousand years. It's just too thin. It could work with thin yarn since the embroidery thread I'm using is pretty much thin yarn. It's just that extra bit shiny and I really like the look.
