I realize this should be in the fanart section, but dA is being weird today and won't let me upload it to that gallery.

This is inspired by the movie WALL-E, the latest Disney/Pixar creation. There is a scene where the heroic robot Wall-e discovers a plant and puts it into a boot for safekeeping. I thought the moment was just so symbolic and beautiful that I decided I wanted a painting in my apartment to represent that scene.

I couldn't find any photo/still references for the boot or the plant - I have no idea why none of the screen captures from the movie included the plant. So this is my first painting or drawing without a direct reference of any sort, so even though I'm not entirely happy with the boot, I guess I couldn't have expected a lot better!

I'll be filling in the blank canvas with a night sky, basically just black paint and glitter stars like in my other painting, I Love the Whole World. Any suggestions are welcome and will certainly be considered!
