This is pretty nicely done~ The eyes are expressive, the stance interesting, and the will-o-wisps nicely placed. The only minor issue is that there is a 4x3 clump of black pixels where his tails connect that draws the eye (in a "cannot be unseen" type of way). Overall, this is an interesting piece and it's evident that a lot of work went into it. Good job~
