Description Well, the upper-stage-right quadrant of one, at least.  : p

Limb study for an aberrant primate-/hominid-derived organism that could fall under/into at least three different fictional paradigms:

A Chimerape with specialized bifurcating appendages, the upper pair perhaps hydraulically reinforced against high gravity
A GMO Stomatoborg body utilized by future special forces operators:

A true semi-autonomous biomachine, a primate-derived utility organism employed by any number of hypothetical alt/prehistoric supercivs in diverse civilian and military roles

I'm kind of leaning towards the latter interpretation at the moment, I think because the dangling hoses, mismatched limbs, and overall awkward, jury-rigged design puts me in mind of the Invid "Inorganics" from ROBOTECH's aborted "Sentinels" series:

--but, as my dad would likely say regardless of any relevance to the situation at hand, "That's neither here nor there."  AND IN THIS CASE, HE WOULD BE RIGHT

Phronima chela referenced from Chistian Sardet's beautiful Plankton:  Wonders of the Drifting World.

A FLAMETHROWER

Nah, probably just a fairly standard primate hand...Something like an orangutan hand, I guess is what I was picturing.
