She is also the final and sixth member of the Six Star Elites of Wayne's past which was the team in which fought for him to hold his Champions seat. Since he gave it up there be no other champion in the UK to this date due to the fact no one wants it since Wayne never been defeated as being champion from 1998 to 2003 (world year in story and present is 2008)

the Unknown ability she has it based only on the world in which Ultimate Star story based upon. a unique ability that only seen once by the public and by Wayne and Blue. This only happed due to the fact the pokémon that defeats Blue trants in saying he was just a weak pup and a idiot.
This in turn awoken the energy of her deepest powers from the affects of the Force Stone years before had which turns her tail flame ice blue causing the surrounding area to drop in temperature to well below minus 10 before she was snapped out of it by the calls of Blue and Wayne plending her to stop using that ability, seeing the harm she could of caused never used it since for the safety of Wayne, Blue and her friends including the foes.
