I'm watching One Piece (i'm stopped on 272 episodes), and i can't do a special thing to this character.
For this reason i mead up an easy draw about a Great Character: "SOGEKING"!!!
PS. advise me if is correct this phrase: "Sogekin no shima nu Sogeking", with this phrase i wanna mean: "Sogeking from the Sniper Island", it is right?

that's a easy work, 'cause the base isn't clean (i made it up without modify) and the shading used is too simple to do.
