FANART TIME! I never do fanart but I had my comic for this week done, so I felt like it today for some reason. It started out as a sketch but 9 times out of 10 my sketches turn into projects I spend the whole day on. There are still like a million things I want to change. D:This is for The Silver Eye ([link] ), a hella sweet webcomic by Lostie that you should totally be reading right now instead of looking at my rendition, which doesn't do it justice.
I totally traced the logo. Lettering isn't my strong point. Also, I inadvertently made Marcus look like Artie with a mustache, but that was pretty much inevitable, as I cannot do fanart or any kind of art without my characters leaking through somehow. /TALENT

I'll start with the coloring on this since it's the first big strength of this picture. I like the "vintage" (if I'm describing it right) style that you've applied to it.
The next big strength are the characters themselves. You did a fine job applying your style to it, so that gives a lot of uniqueness to this picture. The overall group shot of the characters came out great too.
Other strengths include the background, lines, and shading.
For critique, since you've mentioned tracing over the logo, I suggest practicing with lettering so that you can do it free style without any tracing. But other than that, very nicely done with this!

Yayyy! So awesome! I love that Enel is like Eonous, βI like touching peopleβ rotflol! Enel with the candy cane and hot Chara are my favorites. You captured them perfectly.

It's like while I was drawing him, my brain was like "hm, facial hair.... it's probably Artie she's trying to draw okay cool let's do this" and yeah.

Hah! That looks exactly like Marcus. I should keep drawing everyone else normally, but have Marcus be represented by a floating >:{[ (The readers wouldn't even notice. It's the perfect plan.)
