haha, yeah, it's from a transparency bug with the pixelling form I was using back then. My newer style doesn't let that happen, but I'm too lazy to go back and fix my old ones.

Well, the official dA emotes can simply be reached with their code, of course. Then there are "plz" accounts. These are actual deviantART accounts that people have made. The maker then sets the icon to something related with the username. To show anyone's icon in a comment or journal or chat, simply type :icon______: with the account name in the blank.
Example: :icon stako: (minus the space) produces:
(To get it to be simple the username, type :dev______:, which makes: ~stako )
THese plz accounts ll have "plz" following the title, so for instance my Eager Dummy set includes eagerdummyplz, eagerdummychoirplz, and eagerdummyglompplz. If someone uses a plz that you want to use, simply hover over the icon to get the account name, and type it in your comment surrounded by :icon____:.
Hope this helps—I know when I was introduced to this I was really confused when I had to learn it the hard way.
