This was one of the desserts I made over the summer for work. It was so good!!!!A Apple/Rhubarb tart and Homemade Roasted Strawberry ice cream, with apple chip and Cream Anglaise.
That is hand picked, home grown lemon Balm leaf

LOL they surprisingly stayed chip like even with the ice cream, the tart is Apple/ Rhubarb. LOL I have to fix that thanks for the Q/A.

That sounds tasty! But I don't think it's an apple 'chip' anymore if you are soaking it in creme anglaise and melted ice cream
