Well this is Just the circle from the Dark Orb wallpaper [link]I wish I could take credit for the dragons however they are the work of someone i cant remeber... (i got it in a PS brush pack like 2 years ago)
my awsome GF made requested the dark/evil theme
photoshop about 8 hrs
P.S. Latin translations (just random evil words... dont think I am an occultist or anything)
the outside edge:
