I can really imagine that Sauron looked like this under all that armor. And it would make sense that he could be an elf, considering how long they can live. And it would make more sense, since the orcs are corrupted elves.

As far as Sauron's fair form goes, this is one of my favourite iterations. No disrespect to anyone, but I've never been too fond of the overly effeminate versions of Sauron/Mairon from when he was Morgoth's lieutenant, in some of them he never comes across as a serious threat. Here he has the right balance of being a dangerous presence while also having a seductive, elegant look to him.
