Oh the lights effects? I just take a neon red-fuschia colour and put the layer on "luminosity", nothing very difficult xD

nah i dont ask for free arts ^^" maybe only if its for event for funny ideas ^^" but honest i pref more art trades or collabs coz its fun and both sides get something ^^
plus its artist chose if he want draw something for someone, arts are not easy and well asking for free arts is like not respect artist who draw arts
i even sometimes when i see new artists that got low prices and draw very good i give them biger payment than they want coz i know they works are worth more
also sorry for so much talking ^^" sometimes i dont control it ^^"
and ye i know that people are afraid to talk to good artists coz well honest i meet some good artist one from my country and well she was very unfair against me without reason
so i understund abit that people are afraid to angry someone by mistake
