, as the Emperor of Europe in his righteousness, allowed me to create the great duchy of Segusia with territory he awarded me.
I originally wanted to do my territory on Romand Switzerland, sadly, had already taken it.
So I installed my self in the neighboring to try to retake my duty, however it escalated in a litige that could have shattered the Empire.
To put an end to it, in his goodness and Diplomacy succeed to obtain the treaty of Geneva.
He granted me upper Wallis and Bern, and with we formed a double crown confederation, the Dyarchy of Rhodania.
Official languages are French, Italian, German and Sardinian, National languages are all the precedent ones plus Francoprovençal, Lombard, Occitan, Piedmontese, Ligurian and Corsican.
The shared capital is Geneva. Capital of Sequania is Besançon, Capital of Segusia is Torino.
Sequania is divided in 16 departments and work as a unitary enlightened monarchy while The Great Duchy of Segusia work as a Federal monarchy of two principal entities : The Free Swiss Confederation of the IX and the Duchy of Segusia proper with its 5 Provinces, its 6 Metropoles and its 13 autonomous counties.
