**Description:** SCP-4631-A is a sentient Flexity Outlook streetcar operated by SCP-4631-A, a Type I Tartarean Entity, on Toronto's Spadina streetcar line. While externally normal, SCP-4631-A exhibits internal anomalies:

- Human bone tissue replaces internal machinery, concealed under standard materials.
- Alchemical symbols are carved inside various components.
- A sulfur-based machine uses human blood for electricity generation.
- A fare vending machine contains a small wormhole, sending 10% of deposited money to local charities every 12 hours.

SCP-4631-A can change appearance, often resembling different Toronto streetcar operators. It can also assume non-human forms when unobserved by passengers.

A plaque on SCP-4631-A's underside credits the "TORONTO DEMON COUNCIL" for its provision since 1950.

**Addendum.4631.1:** Discovery
SCP-4631-A was discovered in 2010 after reports of a streetcar appearing in a flash of red light. After containment and subsequent disappearance, SCP-4631 reappeared operating normally. Current procedures were established afterward.
