TFW means Torqual Fashion Week and, if you haven't been following so far, follow the links below to see some of the latest in winter fashion from my team of 3D super models.
Lianne is secretary to Penelope 'Black Arrow' D'Arcy , a job that puts her unwittingly in the line of fire. After a debut in the Penelope - Working Late story her unexpected popularity meant that she got an outing in the far future as a young science officer in the Star Trek TOS universe . There were a number of possible rationales for how the secretary from 21st century London found her way over 200 years into the future but, suffice to say, it remains unexplained.
Right now, Lianne is wearing the latest in secretary wear, which I called Sherwood because the particular shade of green and the brown boots and tights all reminded me of Robin Hood and his Merry Men!
I hope you like how Fashion Week is going... not exactly how I expected as I am taking the time to do better quality renders rather than just rattling off the expected higher rate of pictures. This said, I am seriously enjoying putting together these outfits. This one is a bit simpler and the bits and pieces come from four separate Renderosity/Daz sets. You can contact me for details.
Next outfit may be another winter one or I may start a different category... I have to remind myself it's OK to leave some clothes and ideas for a future Fashion Week.

As a kid I used to love watching the old b/w series Robin Hood though, I must confess, Torqual, Richard Greene didn't look like this!!

My favorite so far, Amanada's was nothing all that new, we've seen her in Turtlenecks before, Dawns was so-so and Ciara's was horrid.

This is another terrific outfit, to be sure. Congratulations on making those boots fit more snugly than I've so far managed to do, for a start. I like the sweater dress, but - is it me, or is the texture rather featureless? I'm hoping this isn't one of those that you've retextured yourself, or I'm going to have egg on my face - but you did request critique and I don't have the requisite membership to do it properly.
I'm beginning to think I should do some fashion shots with Roxy; if nothing else it will get some use out of that wardrobe's-worth of clothing that I've bought and hardly ever used.

For the sweater vest, the knit is very fine. I did change the colour but I held back from adding a wool bump map as I liked it with the smooth finish. It's like a very fine pure lambswool - the texture is not visible from distance. And hey, you're welcome to critique in any way you like.

Fine knit was my explanation to myself, too. It's a dilemma sometimes: should I exaggerate the texture so the eye sees what it expects to see, or keep it to scale and risk losing the detail when viewing a low-res version?

The outfit is really splendid, a great mix between sexy and serious, and perfectly lit.

I can't say what, but that's something I immediately saw: enhanced quality of the lighting.

I am just doing a lot more in photoshop these days, rather than expecting too much from Daz alone. Rendering various layers and compositing them in PS. Although the lights in Daz are different too. The studio and backdrop have been too dark up to now.

You're doing some fine work in this fashion show! This character herself doesn't enchant me like some of your others, but the sweater-dress is very lovely, especially in that hunter green. The leather and metal of the belt is also spot-on. While I'm not one of them, I got a grin at how you've turned her foot just subtly enough to show the fact that there's a heel for those who...appreciate that. More that it seems you've taken into account past commentary, which is always cool to see.

I think her pose just naturally went like that, though I can see what you mean. I am not really trying to appease anyone in particular with these pics - I just want the outfits to look right and express the different personalities of the girls. If you're liking what you see, though, then that's always good.
