(Note: I know I already used that joke in my first pic of Ladonna from "Arthur", but I thought I'd do it again anyway).

Ms. Bellum was, of course, the secretary of the Mayor of Townsville. She was always on top of things whenever the Mayor had trouble finishing something due to his absent-mindedness.

Sadly, Ms. Bellum was removed from the 2016 PPG reboot for supposedly being too "inappropriate" for children due to her shapely figure, and yet, somehow, they decide to write an episode about it. This leads to two problems that the reboot has (yes, I don't have too much problems with the reboot... yet, but someone else might); one is that the show was indecisive as to whether it was a legitimate reboot or simply a continuation, and two was the hypocrisy of that (WARNING: RANT AHEAD!); namely showing five year olds twerking, which is arguably even more inappropriate than Ms. Bellum's figure (I blame a certain former Disney Channel star who I won't name for popularizing this). (RANT OVER)

And I'm actually aware she wasn't really meant to be shown with her face visible. But I thought I'd do it anyway just to see how it looked. Overall, the results are not bad.

Furthermore, the face is based on a number of fanart I've looked up of her with her face visible, and most of them (if my memory is correct) showed her with blue eyes. Plus, I thought they'd suit her anyway.

Also, I tried not to overdo it with her figure too much. But you gotta admit, her figure is pretty shapely.

FUN FACT: Sara Bellum's name is a pun on the term "cerebellum", a part of the human brain which coordinates and regulates muscular activity.
