full of bad angles and slipshod colouring lol The only real thing that irks me is i think i drew Sibek a tad to small, he sorta looks like he's 12

Well, I just made myself look like an idiot. Just looked at Memory-Alpha, and boy, do I feel stupid. Those are Lieutenant Stripes, higher than Junior Grade though. Figures, anyone below that rank in this point in time wouldn't have stripes on the sleeves.

Scotty: Ye mean this risin' star in Starfleet, is responsible for the invention o'that junk heap Excelsior Class? Lass, I hav'ta tell ya, dunna be makin' the plumbin' overly complicated. It get's easier to stop up when ye do.
>_>;; Yeah, needless to say, Scotty makes his opinion of the Excelsior class pretty clear. Though by the time the Enterprise B is built, I imagine he's seen the improvements made. Bet he'd even have made them himself if he were involved in the process.
Anyways, couldn't help that, sorry. But yeah, in the next part of the contest, if there is another part (How many parts will there be anyways I wonder?), those stripes will be accurate. Unfortunately, McCoy should have two stripes as he's the Chief Medical Officer. Captains have three, but since this assignment is temporary for the Enterprise crew, I don't see any reason why they would all be temporarily promoted to Captain if they all return to assignment on the Enterprise when this is all over and done with. (And they will be, if this contest is meant to take place before the events of The Motion Picture.)

Looking good as usual. And nice reuse of the ship schematic there.
One thing I have noticed, and it's bugged me, is that you give each uniform the same arm stripes. I think you already know this, but, those stripes are supposed to denote rank, much as the modern military does. I still haven't gotten it all down, but I think that makes them all Ensigns with the current rank stripe, and that can be a problem.
