Looks good, but it kind of looks like the ball is flaoting. Maybe it needs more shodow or something.

i think with that one, if i can remember that far back with my errors, the light was going at it in the same direction as the camera, so the shadows covered up. and the bad photoshopped name of mine almost looks like a shadow

thank you ai, the tiling was a last minute thing, just because i didnt like the original slap that was there. she hasnt seen it yet so i hope she'll like it, im pretty sure she will

Good choice in tiling the floor and making part of it grey, makes it more suttle. This came out good cause there's more going on then just a soccer ball. Maybe more shadow on the floor, but still.

yea, i added in the grey tiles because with just the one tile, you could really notice all the tiles are identical. and i tried upping the shadow on the floor, but the more i raised the shadow, the darker the whole drawing got, plus its the angle.
i should make a drawing that focuses just on shadows and the different types.
