Looks like any normal racket would, yet it's able to successfully hit and change trajectories of anything being hit by it - be it a solid, liquid or gas. Raindrops being hit by it, would similarly to hard rocks fly in the direction they are hit to, air would form a wind gust, piece of mud, would not splatter, etc.

• A b i l i t i e s :
   Gate creation
In enclosed spaces, such as doors, rings, small arcs etc. can open gates linking them to other enclosed spaces - but only if he has seen the enclosed space. If one of the places is not enclosed, the magic won't work. One can move through gates freely and cross miles in a single step.
   Spying
Can open gates in rings and other small enclosed spaces without the link back - meaning the gate works one way and you can spy through it, without the other side knowing. Avoids setting gates like that in bigger spaces, since then you can go through, but can't come back without setting up a new gate.
   Trigger gates
Can set up gates with conditions for activating them, such as - turn the doorknob three times to one side, one time to other - or gates that open only in certain periods, like full-moon, exactly midnight.
   Short time levitation
When hits the earth strongly with his foot, all objects that are in five meter radius around him, except himself, float up for thirty seconds. Helps a lot with using his weapon, but otherwise a fairly useless ability.

• H i s t o r y :
   Otto was born in a single parent household to a beautiful woman, who was a red swindler. All he had heard about his father was - that he was a beautiful jerk, but his name or anything else - his mother never revealed. She said that his father had had the same tattoo like him but on his chest.
   Before learning to be honest, he got thought to lie - the more, the better and since early days he helped his mother in her job, telling sweet lies to any of the men, she brought home. As soon as a job was done, his mother would change her image, color her hair and move to another city, so Otto switched schools sooner than he was able to make any friends.
   His relationship with his mother was a lot more like business partners or teammates at best, or sometimes friends - his mother shared her tricks of trade and thought Otto a lot about how people work, how to trick them and what things to say/what things to hide. She always used to say that one can only lie about things one understands, so every lie most hold a shard of truth to be believable.
   Otto learned to play all kinds of roles, made up many different backgrounds and lived like many different people and as soon as he was fourteen, he started to con those, who were eager for love. He had some failures, but most were minor and still gave profits. Until once he got in real deep and picked the wrong target.
   As he ran for his life, desiring to reach home faster after opening a door to a toilet, he came out in his own room. He was shocked at first, not understanding what had happened, yet later on with trial and error, he learned to use his abilities. He payed attention to always hide them, even from his own mother. With time he learned to not only set up gates, but also to set them up with conditions for opening and learned to spy through them. It helped in work and he took on even more and more risky jobs. His mother advised him not to, but he seldom listened.
   When he was 26, his mother got diagnosed with cancer and a year later - passed away. Otto didn't take it heavily, since his mother had always been nothing more than a team-mate. And continued to play risky games. The world was divided in two sides - him and the rest, he could use magic, something that humans thought would bring destruction. That made the difference even bigger, till one day - while escaping from pursuers, he came out in a room where a lone figure stood.
   Otto instantly knew that this person was not normal - he felt familiar, something like a family member. He smiled and followed this person, for the first time unconditionally trusting someone enough to both reveal his abilities and past. Jung is possibly the only person in existence Otto does not lie to.

   If you ask about his past, you will hear a different version every time, it seems Otto is not even trying to keep the same story with other Magus. All of them are naturally false.
   His personality can be fairly inconsistent due to acting his entire life - never actually developed a solid personality, might pretty much copy those he's around with, if too lazy to play a certain role.
   Does not try to con other Magus, values them higher than other humans.
   Does not mind company for short periods of time, but feels tired with too much contact, needs some time alone to relax.
