YAY! A COOL SHOT OF MY AGITO SCYTHE GIRL COSPLAY!!!The character is an unnamed character from Final Fantasy XIII Agito, our group of friends have just nick-named her Scythe Girl, since the idea is you're supposed to be able to name these characters yourself according to sources. XD
Uber Thanks to For taking the photo & to for sending me the photo. XD
It took about 2 weeks to make the costume. Including, wig, shoes, sewing, scythe, all of the above. xD
We sewed our own costumes, but everyone input ides for how to do them the same.
The concept for the shoulder pads came from
The concept of the cape came from
The concept for the buckle straps came from
& I came up with the concept for the buckle clips.
Altogether I love the Agito costumes, since they really did end up being a combination of everyones ideas when sewing them.

I'm quite happy about the scythe as it was my first attempt at using foam & the working with the concept of making my props fit into a suitcase. XD Extendable curtain rods FTW! XDDDD

LOL the two weeks of doom. Actually the first week was fine, I made the props, like shoes, scythe & wig during that time, but when I got to Perth we all had to get matching fabrics, so it was five of us in one house fighting for the two sewing machines. xDDD Well, it wasn't that bad, but much last minute rushing the week before to get everyone in the group finished. Many all nighters were pulled, mainly by me. XDDD

I was so out of character (unlike in this photo, where i'm full pro serious emo XD) running around like an excited school girl, hugging everything in sight kind of lost & confused at the same time, since I had no idea where I was.
