This has to be my favourite out of your entire gallery thus far, simply because the colours are stunning, the leaves look real and she has a great sense of sadness in her eyes that help illustrate the feeling of Autumn, the end of summer / end of joy.
The background fits the overall mood and subject perfectly, well done, instant

The leaves look positively real in some portions of this, so much that they distract attention the viewer from the girl. I think the piece lacks consistency in that sense. The girl should've looked a bit more "photo"-realistic in order to mesh with the leaves. I'm not saying she doesn't look nice, but there's just a lack of harmony between the two(leaves and girl).

You're right, the leaves are a lot more realistic. I think the fact that she's also halfway out of the composition also makes it look less harmonious as well.
I have had similar problems before where the background looks a lot more realistic (compared to cartoony) and the person is rather stylized. I think that's because I've had a lot of practice drawing plants and objects in art class, but haven't had many human models, which I need to continue working on.

You did this pretty quick! Guess I shouldn't be surprised, though. I like how some of the leaves are semi-transparent (ie, translucent ^.^) They look really good in general. And Mary's angle is good too. Yay! Now I can fave this one!
