definitely a good thing.. although it really pushes the contrast and you lose a lot of detail in the shadows. But, your midtones look incredible and this is a great body of work showing how much you can push the Tri x

yup! Absolutela marvelous film, and since it IS a dark image, I dont mind loosing the detail. Sometimes I want an Adams-like image with full scale of tones, but really, Im more about capturing the moment, expression, feeling than getting the maximum, tech-wise.
