I intended to have this ready for Christmas but I ran a few days late. Oh well, better late than never, right?This Absol is watching over a small sleepy,mountain town who's residents are admiring their festive tree. Absol doesn't want to frighten anyone and ruin the event so he watches from afar.
I tried making it look like the focus is on Absol, and the background is out of focus and fuzzy.

You did a nice job with the Absol and the background. Blurring the Christmas tree scene also gives the illusion that it happens really far away, making me feel even more sympathetic toward the little Absol... *sniff* T~T

Do you mean the snow on the trees? I just used a normal brush and erased the edges and blurred them with the water tool.
