Description
Another old character I revamped for possible inclusion in Dragon Boy.This is Hirosi Smash - Agent of J.E.T (Joint-Nations Elite Taskforce). Originally he was a secret agent from Japan, now he will act more like an agent bent on bringing in all super powered beings...hero or otherwise.

he should be one of those agents that thinks hes a bad ass, but he is really a screw up - that would be funny. Great job with the design, very.. hmm Stuck up atitidue he has. Very cool!
