I speak Latin. There are two English meanings of the word nature. One is the way you are--like your true nature. The other is nature--trees, plants, sky, rocks... Which one do you mean? If you mean the first one, then "Vis" is the right word. If you mean the second one, then it's "Naturae." Atrum Naturae or Naturae Atrum would work because word order doesn't matter much in Latin.
You could try Atrum Natura which means, "The nature of the dark," or "Nature of darkness." Natura can be either nature: the outdoors, or nature: the way you are.
