Description
Here's a concept sketch of Chases-the-Dream, the Uktena Galliard whose homid name is Joseph Running Elk, an important NPC from my Werewolf: the Apocalypse game. I wouldn't call it a finished work by any means, but it's nice to start posting my sketches on here again anyhow.

This isn't necessarily how Joseph dresses all the time, quite: his mate and packmates arranged for the top hat and tails for a specific event, the End Times Ball, and while he did go barechested other than the coat to that event, he does usually wear a shirt. Not that the ladies are complaining when he doesn't, mind you. That said, he did decide he's fond of the hat.
