Yeah i can't do dark on dark shading, it just doesn't work for me thats why most of my work is just line art

well... what pencils do you use? dark shading is real easy with pencils like 3b to 8b or even just an ebony pencil....

That may be my problem, i only use the one pencil for everything ..... never really thought of investing in actually getting different pencils. I always lose them as well

XD well the quality of your art will improve GREATLY if you do XD and just... idk...find a little box to keep them in....
