I can explain it for you. Basically it involves my fan project, Mega Man: Reawakened where bits and pieces of the Mega Man franchise come together to form a completely new universe, an AU more or less.

The idea for this is basically a version of Roll where she is similar to Mega Man but fights just as well as anyone. Hence the term Roll RA... RA stands for ReAwakened.

It's like the AU version that should have existed in a different Megaman game.
