Oh boy this was a byproduct of binge watching Digimon Ghost Game over a period of three days. Betel Gammamon is probably my favorite of the (normal) evolutions of Gammamon (though uh, there's definitely one that stands out more *cough cough*).

Obviously this is a super crazy AU, so more than likely she's somewhere on a distant planet in the Digital World doing her thing. Her backstory is VERY long, but to summarize: When Bee was a Gammamon (in other words, a baby), she was a huge crybaby and kind of a wimp, and as a result was picked on by the others in their mixed-species group. She often went off by herself to cry and you know, just wonder why she's supposed to be here. In the wild, Digimon will evolve as they get older anyway, and since Gammamon has a lot of options to choose from, they're pretty apparent early on based on personality and habits. She didn't show any promise at all, but because Digimon can die if they don't evolve at the right time, she's also freaked out about that.
She ends up meeting a big old elder Greymon who later trains her, so when she evolves, she's spent so much time around him that some of his data probably ran off on her, and gave her a different pattern. (This was also my attempt to avoid looking exactly like the canon one!)
The gauntlets aren't anything special - they're just resistant to high temperatures and will start to get way too hot about the time she's run out of power. Like most of her kind, she's very agile. She loves to show off, and will do silly things like handsprings and use her flames to vault herself higher into the air.
And yes, she really does shout things like "Spicy Solshot" before attacking, which irritates everyone. She's got a very SUNNY PERSONALITY and she's very, very confident in herself, but she sort of created who she was by choice. Sometimes her more emotionally reactive side will come out, but she's better at regulating her emotions and will try and vent them somewhere private.

If she were to ever acquire a human tamer, she'd probably gain access to her other forms too, she just wouldn't return to her Gammamon base form unless somehow something managed to wipe her data? She might even get to go further, but I'm okay with her just like this. But this is an AU that I kind over dove way too deep in.
