i like the composition, it tells a story not telling it, and leaves a lot to our imagination. i can't quite say if he's the victim or only stopping by, and when i look a second time, i don't even know if there's a victim as the title suggests.. the wood seems like somewhere where one's could cut other's head, and the blurred way of the second frame gives a sense of motion that goes that way, as if it was the way a knife would see it.
i also love the colors, it's not cold but still it doesn't seems warm.. i don't know if you get what i mean, but it's like there's a time freezing or a old picture, i guess..
overall, it's a well done job (: i'd like it to put it in other words, but i think -clap clap clap- can express it quite good (:
i only don't like the way the light hits the white at the top.. maybe you could crop that part out..?
