i would try studying more on the structure of the hands rather than the form of them. start with a square, have the triangular shape for the thumb area, and divide them equally and stuff. 
your hands right now look a bit flat, and when they are on the side view, the fingers near the back tend to be placed wrong. try studying the bone structure too, that really helped me.
