I've uploaded this photo earlier but going through my gallery I understood that it looked too... I don't know how to say. There wasn't that atmosphere. So I decided to edit it a bit. Just a little bit. And ta-da! It looks much better. At least to my mind.The person in gasmask is

heh somehow i've got the feeling that all the humanity is waiting for it because of these prognosis (in all times people were thinking that the end of the world will come very soon). only not all of them have got gas masks XD

I think the lighting really helps the photo, but also the person overlooking the city with no one else around adds a sense of loneliness that makes it really effectively atmospheric.

It's really interesting but my only complaint is that to me, gas masks come off as trite- but the pose, lighting and contrast are all awesome!
