I have lost track of film, and have never been exposed to the Polaroid materials (excuse the pun!)

type 55 is one of two or three films Polaroid was making, which gives you negative as well as positive after develpoing..

That would make it worthwhile then, in order to be able to produce prints! A 4x5 negative - this should be up at poster size in an exhibition somewhere!
