I originally wrote her to be that hurt character who just wants to be loved by the man she loved for so many years, so, she basically had that position there. Especially if I had continued their story arc from there on, Marie would've grown up to be a normal-tempered lady.

Well, I only ever wrote the story down at the Edfanon Wikia, but that piece of text has been long replaced by the current story. Other than that, you might find some comments on old Marie Kanker drawings explaining more, but that's it.

Edd got attacked by Marie and her gang at one point in his life, but the only detail he remembered of the leader was the scarred eye. Not that it was Marie.
Since Marie always had her right eye covered, he only happened to see her eye by accident when they already started dating, and so he puts two and two together, and Marie notices. But he basically forgave her by pretending not to know and the both of them just talk over it.
Besides, Marie spared his life because she recognized him, so it's not like she was after him to begin with.

No, she flat out ditches them and leaves them to figure it out on their own. There is no second-in-command or partner, just Marie at the top.

Sounds like her too. one thing does question my mind though she deals with illegal affairs, and Eddy deals with ehh.. somewhat legal affairs, you think while Marie is still a mob boss, she might have offered Eddy a deal, or the other way around?

No, Marie and Eddy have no connection with each other. They are from completely different worlds and neither need each other, which is a good thing for Eddy, since he's not as invincible as he looks.
I originally wrote Eddy to be what Marie is now, though, more the kind of person who hires others to do the dirty work for him. But over time I wrote him to be hard-working and stressed out. He happens to have the wits to legally scam people, or at least make it appear legal, and his lack of emotion for his broke customers makes him appear like a crook, but none of this I'm really planning to focus on. It's a background thing.

Edd doesn't have a drivers license, so he needs to walk the less cheery parts of the city if he misses the buss, and came across Marie and her gang stomping a guy to death. They spotted him.

I'd rather say she always possessed a dangerous potential, considering how intimidating she is in general. But she wasn't "evil", she just grew up to be. I guess frustration also helped molding her.
As obvious Sarah's intentions are, others aren't really suspecting anything, so no.
