Thanks Kitty. I always think that abstract is the most difficult. I have heaps in a folder on my PC. Not sure if they'd be considered abstract art, if you know what I mean

I'm never sure about abstracts - are they supposed to tell a story? Is it a mood thing? etc etc. I have quite a few in a folder on my PC. Anyway, this one was definitely a mood thing

Fractals are abstract enough for me - then I usually end up trying to make them look like something real - or I get stuck like I have a few times trying to think of a name for them! I think the last time I painted an abstract was way way back in 3rd form (yes that does show my age hey! I was about 15) and it got first prize!

Hello! Yeh! It shocked me at the time too - and I think I thought it was a big mess as well! Though actually it was very neat - lots of diagonal lines in different directions in every possible shade of purple and blue!

. They are sooooo happy to be here on the island. They have bought a beautiful house. We're so happy that they're here too They still have a lot of unpacking to do
