you really paid attention to every detail in this picture, but as a dedicated Naruto fan, I would like to point out that the anbu-tattoo is usually outlined with black and coloured red in the centre (kudos for putting it on the left arm, though!!) 
Generally, a really wonderful piece. The rain suits Itachi's character well, but I miss a little detail on the rain, too, so one can see it actually bounces off of him after hitting him (if you catch my drift? I'm not very good at describing it right now). As always, a really beautiful piece satying true to your normal drawing style. It's nice to see!

The angle is amazing too and is a testimony to your talent. I adore the colours, really and the somehow simple chromatic selection. The blue shades do enhance the red glow of his eyes and the contrast between the whites (rain) and the black of his hair and bottom of the picture make everything more striking, especially his face and shoulders.Β
