Oh man. I have NEVER liked a true DBZ couple until now. I can't get over them!Table x Gure is my new Obsession!
They are so cute and they REALLY must be completely in love. I mean they cant be in it for sex and to not care that your partner is so different means you truly love them. I imagine these two being very cuddly in privateβ₯
I was shocked in the movie when Table said she was his wife. He said it so casually and with a smile. Not ashamed at all. *aaawww* I love them so MUCH!
Table and Gure are from the new DBZ special.

2008, huh? Darn... Don't suppose ya'd be interested in drawing any more Tarble/Gure pics would ya? This is a really good pic... and I just like seeing the two of them together... I'm working on a fanfiction right now... a sort of back-story on Tarble and Gure. There isn't a whole lot of fanfiction or fan art on them... and much less so of them together (Tarble seems to be fairly popular... but more often than not, he's drawn without his wife)...

plus I wouldn't give Tarble too little credit, 18 said the ki signal felt strong plus it's not much saying you lost to two brothers each on their own as strong as Frieza. Knowing the Saiyans, he probably got banished for being too good-natured and not vicious. I almost wish they'd add more on to the specials/make more..

Oh. My. It has already made me sick. I saw a preview and it was filled with sword fighting and "Goku" is the "Chosen one". Piccolo is like wearing an X-men outfit from their live actions movies. eh!

But I would say, even if the actually matches on the show are "mismatched" in Japanese culture they marry for the sake of having either a wife to care for the house or a man to take care of the women. That being said, although Goku and Chichi have VERY different personalities and Vegeta and Bulma were in it just for the kicks.... in their culture... COMPLETLY NORMAL. Love doesn't really have much to do with it. Arranged marriages and such are very common over there and they don't so much believe in "love before marriage and into marriage" as they do "you learn to love the one you marry"....or at least "put up with them". "True love" the way you and I picture it is a western ideal and can't really be applied here.
