The image was so beautiful I just had to draw my own rendition of it 
As you can see I definately messed around in photoshop with this 
I wanted the black background of the universe to be blacker than my pencil could draw so I surrendered to the computer for that 
I also had to add the tail in
I suppose it could be metaphorical or literal depending on how you look at it.

Haha, at first I thought he was being electrocuted, because of the shining and the way he holds his right hand. I really like this picture, especially the pose and the great fluffy tail

It took me about five hours to draw this I think. Shorter than most pictures, it depends on how focused I am. If I'm not very focused it could take a few days, but I was pretty focused on this one

And you did very well! Wow, I think it would take me days and would still look like a child's doodle, I'm so bad with pencil. Thank God there is Photoshop, it's the only way I can do halfway decent pics
