I took this picture a year ago with my dad's camera, an Olympus Camedia E-10 4.0 megapixels.

It was at the end of autumn and the photo shows a frozen dragonfly, which I found in the garden.
Well actually, dragon fly isn't exactly the right word, it's a "Glazenmaker" (green or blue, can't remember) but I'm not sure there's an English translation for this word, hehe.

I didn't move this lovely insect a bit because I thought the texture of the wood would make a great but complicated relation to the texture of the wings. It surely shows a sad atmosphere, but maybe that's what this pic is all about: 'Winter is coming'
