Description Made this for ~TwilightSaphir 's Lise cosplay . It follows the few official artworks of the character. It's had a rough life, getting broken at the start of its first con. Things like this happen; I only wish I had good pictures of before...

For the engraving, the artwork only shows scribbles, but we figured Lise looked like a Valkyrie so it's in runes that were used in the oldest Norse language. It roughly reads "Princess Lise of the Wind Kingdom Rolante".

Still uterrly amazed by this. <3

8O wonderful, amazing. It looks as if Lise's spear jumped out of the game. It looks so realistic and very, very well done!

Aw thank you! Not sure that would be a such good idea... maybe in writing in a condensed way, because showing would take ages, I work extremely slowly.

Wow, it's very elegant!
What materials did you use to make it? I'm also curious as to how you got that groove into the middle blade...

Thank you very much! The middle blade and the cylindrical part are wood, while the rest with the side spikes and the engraving is Super Scupley (I made two very thin Super Sculpey sides that I engraved before baking, and that I afterward fused together in the oven with Liquid Sculpey and a metal mesh in between). I dug the groove with a chisel and evened it out with wood filler.
