He only takes the coat off when it's serious business. Like robbing Casinos!Second of the three-part Team Gunpower thing. Swindle is the flight member of the team. No, he can't fly, but he can jump really freaking far.
Prohibition era mobster gun, Disco-esque clothes, Casino-themed base. I guess it blends. The tommy gun always seemed perfect for Swindle, heh.

Hmm. His tail is really strong and can propel him forward, and his shoes have small rockets in them, so he can jump about as high as a two, maybe three story building, and he can jump forward about a block.

Well, lights CAN be timed to flash on and off at random intervals. But yeah, it's going to be hard finding lights that can do that... Well, I guess Christmas lights CAN do that, but finding them in a small enough size would be difficult.

All it takes is a miniature motorized turntable. Modify the base so that the turntable fits inside. Leave the bottom of the sculpture hollow for the turntable to be switched on and batteries to be replaced. It also might be possible for the lights and the turntable to be turned on and off with one switch.
...It's going to be mighty difficult to make, though.

Oh it's no problem! I'm sure I can find something. Truth be told, most of the electronics I use in art are intended for something totally different, and I convert them into what I want. Can't be too hard to find what I need to start with!

I'm sorry if I'm bombarding you with ideas. It's just that I've never met a good Sonic sculptor before who worked with lights. And the possibilities have just be coming to my mind.
For example, I had a really brilliant idea of placing an LED light INSIDE a hollow figure. Poke some holes in the right places and you could create the effect of glowing in different places. Glowing eyes on a character, for example. Or those things that Silver wears could radiate light.

Hmmm! That's actually an interesting idea... I'd have to find a light small enough, which shouldn't be too much of a problem, and I'd have to use a mold to get the translucent clay to come out right, since it's a liquid until it's been hardened, heh. It's the stuff I use to make tinted lenses.

I think you could go beyond the usual small circular stand. You have the potential to make a big diorama or a sculpture featuring more than two characters.

Ahhh! I did that once, back in '09, submitted it here to DA too. But I ended up scrapping it. It suffered from, uhhh, first-attempt-syndrome. I didn't plan it out well enough and it ended up being too cluttered. But I'm sure it'd look pretty awesome if I planned it out more clearly the next time around, heh.
