No idea why it took me so long to upload this. I kept feeling like I needed to make it a lot more detailed. Oh well, here it is!Reference for Swindle's new design for 2011. Outfit is more sci-fi-ish, but not necessarily permanent. He still wears his older outfit now and then.

I really like this character. What I like the most about him, though, is his personality; it's not the kind of personality that you see in most Sonic characters, since most of them are generally pretty one/two-dimensional. His, however, stands out to me, since instead of trying to prove his worth to a force doing good, he tries to prove himself to be just the opposite. I mean, how many ACTUAL Sonic characters can one think of that even comes close to this kind of personality? Not many, at best.
