Today I have met a dog...
He has sunk deeply into my soul.
Somehow his large eyes were not
Full of hunger - but sadness and sorrow
Because no man alive really cares
That he tramps on his own in this life
And his body, exhausted and scared,
Sleeps and shakes here and there at night.
And I wondered just for a minute
What if each of us could help up?
Does not matter: a dog or a human
Who was broken and lost his heart.
And supported with deeds or words
Leaving pleasant and weighty trace...
It seems I have met the whole world -
Not only a dog who's a stray!
