The texture of the hair looks nice in this picture. The motion blurred background is a nice touch because it helps bring your focus to the character at the center.

It still has the cartoonish vibe, but the shading and the blurred background make it very realistic. There is a lot of detail in the hair too. It's quite nice! Keep it up!
