I would love to see some step by step of your work 'cause I really like your style and the way your panels look.
Tell me if I'm wrong but it seems to be vectorial for the lineart. So I have the feeling that you're working with Illustrator for the lines and then Photoshop for the colors.
What about the bluring effects ? Is the lineart seperated on two layers (one solid, one blured) ?

uhyep that general idea is correct, i draw it all in flash, flats and lineart are exported seperately, then i take it into ps to light it.
