I understand! I think most artists include it in their prices for adoptables or commissions. Don't label it as a "PayPal fee" (which also violates the rules), but raise your prices slightly to accomodate it, perhaps? This seems to be the most accepted approach to avoiding the fees, but still getting proper protection for yourself and your customers. c:
