Description Here are the connections between Midoriya and Emu.

-both of them experienced some form of isolation in their youth. (Midoriya was isolated from everyone with quirks, while Emu was literally isolated in his youth and experimented on.)

-both of them have one or more aloof caustic allies. (Midoriya has bakugou and Emu has/had Taiga and Kiriya.)

-both have a comically serious friend/ally. (Hiiro and Iida.)

-both have had an antagonist from their series has taken an interest in them. (Pallad and Himiko Toga).

-both have an evil counterpart with abilities similar to them. (Kamen Rider Genm and "Sensei".)

-both have a dangerous power that they overcame somehow. (Emu had Mighty Bros XX and overcame its negative effects by overcoming the bugstar virus in them, while Midoriya overcame his quirk's drawbacks thanks to the suit Hatsume mad for him.)

-and both have an extremely powerful upgraded form/version of a technique. (Maximum Mighty X and Hyper Muteki form for Emu, and 1,000,000% Detroit smash for Midoriya.)

Interesting. In terms of what you presented, they would be great allies.

For terms of fighting however, that is a different story as we have yet to see Ex-aid's final form. But given what is seen with his LV 99 form, I'm guessing Ex-aid would win due to his ability to rewrite DNA and the abilities of a gashat.

Well, considering the nature of quirks, they are biological. And because Emu's ability for LV 99 is to alter DNA, there is a chance Emu can remove All For One from being active, and merely make Midoriya be just a carrier for the potential of having said quirk.

I'll be honest here, it was these similarities that led me to believe that Deku would be a perfect fit for Ex-Aid in an Ex-Aid fanmake or fanfic crossover.

Oh my god you're right! That also means that Iida would be Brave, Bakugou would be snipe, Hatsume could be Lazer or a supporting character, Tomura could be Genm while Sensei would be the true main villain, and himiko could be Para-DX.

I was actually thinking more like this:
*Izuku Midoriya: Ex-Aid
*Shoto Todoroki: Brave
*Katsuki Bakugou: Snipe
*Tenya Iida: Lazer
Pallad would actually stay as Para-DX since it's meant for only his use. Genm would actually be a crossover character, kind of like how Pegasus, for his upcoming Ex-Aid/Overwatch story, used Kirito as Genm.

I always thought that Reiji Akaba from Yugioh Arc-V would be a good fit for Genm since he's also a CEO.

And Dr. Pac-man would be an alternate version of Dio Brando with the bugstars thay use proto gashats being the 9 glory gods.

I honestly feel that Light Yagami would fit in with Genm much more perfectly than Reiji, mostly because of how he's an insane, psychotic memelord like Kuroto.

As for Dr. Pac Man, I was actually thinking of using either Shuichiro Keido from Guilty Crown or Issac Westcott from Date A Live for the role.
