Hm when it come down to it, just finish Carnage vs Lucy, Carnage is stronger than Ouja in pure strength I am sure but duration wise I don't think Ouja's armor is wet tissue so he wont fall right away especially if u scale how he survived n regularly fought his rival who is basically walking armory.
Speed wise though it also kind of hard I will admit Kamen Rider Ryuki rarely has a chance for speed feat especially but then I remember in his first time receive Dragredder, Ryuki knocked away few needle flying mid-air. Heh I am pulling a lot here but let c when Knight was knocked down Ryuki wasn't in sight so he must have cleared quite a distance to rush forward, the needles have show to must be at least bullet speed, obviously higher too consider Riders react to laser and bullets all the time, so from there we can tell speed Ouja wont lose since he has intercept n sometimes gain upper hand against Ryuki when they fight.
But the thing is this, Ouja definitely have a way to one shot or at least gradually one shot Carnage, the Mirror World. Once Ouja drag him there if he hold out long enough then Carnage would be disintegrate due to Mirror World drain his life force something I don't think Carnage can defend against. N that's not consider a fact that lots of Kamen Riders attack tend to explode and release heat, if it hit I don't think Ouja would miss the fact the explosion seems to hurt Carnage, so I am leaning toward Ouja but that could also me being biased for Kamen Riders .
Beside the fight is less of just Ouja vs Carnage but more of the Advent Beast x3 n Ouja vs Carnage so if Ouja did pull Carnage to the Mirror Worlds like I said I don't c how he will lose....I mean for all purpose he just have to leave Carnage there n come back pick up his life force if he feel like it. Of course.....I could be 100% wrong

I actually didn’t take into account the explosions that Rider attacks generate. So that could be a factor. Plus Genocider has the possibility to kill carnage for good if every last bit of him is sucked into Genocider’s chest vortex.

Carnage easily. Ouja doesn't have any heat or sonic powers that Symbiotes are weak to.

He could potentially kill carnage if he got every last piece of him into Genocider's final vent, but even that's not a 100% guaranteed victory.

I think Carnage may win, b/c due to having so many tentacles and ouja having no weakness to sound nor fire, Carnage may pierce every part of Ouja and lucky, his belt, and it's game over.
