I do, as I love models. All types. Trains, Planes, automobiles, castles, theme-park rides, monorail from Disney, you know, the geeky stuff us Disney-fanatics adore ! There is a deviator with monorails all over his bedroom and geek that I am I sent out a journal to link to his little movies as I would love to be able to do the same in my own house. Between the home office, storage and a basement that needs work before it can be used again, just don't have the room. The neighborhood kids like to come over and play with my Disney stuff and watch movies, so parents can leave them and go out and the kids are entertained.
Have a brother who was in the Navy for years then Army reserves. He served in Germany during the Persion Gulf War in requisitions and he was close to fifty at the time! My husband's cousin, wheelchair bound, served as he was a specialist in Middle-Eastern languages. Until they served again I didn't realize people continued to get called-up. Have another brother who served in the Air Force and was stationed in England and another brother who served in the Army on the DMZ in Korea during the Viet Nam War. My niece who has a PhD in Biology and Sociology works for Centers for Disease Control in a unit of Special Forces. My cousin's son services military equipment and goes to Iraq. He "assured" us all on a visit that it wasn't dangerous . Okay. He has nerves of steel. My husband never served. Between flat feet, high blood pressure and diabetes guess he wasn't considered a candidate. My son wanted to serve but he had too many allergies. The Marines keep contacting my daughter, who is working on her dissertation in Ancient Greek and Latin, and the only thing we can figure is that they may want her for encryption. Think she is getting too old to serve for the first time at the age of 33!
Military is important in our extended families as well. Hubby's dad was in the Navy, my brother-in-law pilot for the Navy, nephew 10 years in the Navy, etc. My neighbor's daughter got her degree in optometry and now serves in the Air Force. Her husband, at least 16-years older than she got his Masters then re-upped and now they serve in Hawaii. So much honor. Am so very proud of those who serve ~ Parks Gal

clueless wonders, yeah. and lots of bad people in high places in government {chickenhawks} who abuse the Armed Forces of The United States for their own ends and gains! and these morons wonder why nobody wants to join much anymore! keep it up,idiots, and we,ll soon have no army left. start a draft, start a revolution. War is Bad. War is Ugly. War Sucks. Avoid it if you can. Peace.
